Punto & Pasta is a great food concept project created and designed in 2013 to be realized in New York City and all over US adopting the franchising system.
The “eat in or take out ” criteria is the optimal standard and is the main goal of the concept itself.
Premium fresh vacuum pasta is the raw material to be used and fastly cooked, ready to serve.
Different regional sauces are showed up and used on request as condiment for the pasta.
